Every second year MREAC hosts a Miramichi Science Workshop held at the auditorium of NBCC Miramichi campus. Speakers are invited to give presentations that highlight science completed or involving the Miramichi River watershed. These workshops are done in order to promote the science conducted in the area and are open to anyone interested in learning more about what is being done.

The last workshop was held on March 16, 2010
The next workshop will be during the spring of 2012.
